Cooperative Teachers Credit Union does not want to leave out our young ones.  We want our next generation to learn the importance of money and saving, so we have set up an account just for them.

We have an account for children ages birth to 12 years of age.  It is called our "Savings Safari" Club. 

Open this account with just a $20.00 deposit and there is a $1.00 one time membership fee.  Your child will receive his/her own membership card, a coin saver and a deposit record.  Your child will also be able to be a part of our contests and drawings that are held throughout the year.  He/She will also receive a very special birthday card.

Come by the credit union today and open your child/grandchild a "Savings Safari" Club account.  Make sure you bring their social security card with you when you come.

 Must meet eligibility requirements.  Savings account earns 0.75% annual percentage rate and 0.752% annual percentage yield.  Minimum balance of $100.00 to earn dividends.

CU Succeed also gives you a chance to earn up to $100 and donate money to your school.  All you need to do is go to www.cusucceed.net and a short article about what you have experienced with money.  If your article gets published in the CU Succeed newsletter or on their website, you could win up to $100 and your school could receive up to $50.00.  See CU Succeeds website for more information and ideas.
