    CTCU Answers Your Online and Mobile Banking Questions

    We understand that banking needs are constantly evolving in today’s digital world. That’s why we’ve created online and mobile banking platforms that make it easy to access your accounts anytime, anywhere.

    Get the most out of your digital banking experience with answers to these common questions.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    To enroll, click on Log In at the top of our website or download our CTCU OnTheGo Mobile App (available on the App Store or Google Play). Follow the user-friendly instructions to set up access to all of your CTCU accounts.

    Call (866) 762-0558 to activate your debit card or reset your PIN.

    Having trouble logging in? Try these quick fixes to get back into your account.

    • Reset your password through online banking or the CTCU OnTheGo Mobile App.
    • If the app isn't working, uninstall and reinstall it, then try signing in again.

    To send a message:

    1. Tap the More icon (four circles) at the bottom of your screen.
    2. Select Secure Messages.
    3. Type your message and hit Send.

    A team member will reply through the same portal.

    Save a trip to the credit union or ATM by using the CTCU OnTheGo Mobile App to deposit checks. It’s free and easy to use.

    Follow the steps below:

    1. Log in to the Mobile App and tap the (+) icon.
    2. Select Remote Deposit > Deposit Check, then choose the account you want to deposit the check into.
    3. Review and accept the guidelines, then follow prompts to photograph the front and back of your endorsed check.
    4. Enter the check amount and ensure it’s within the mobile deposit limit.
    5. Review for accuracy, then tap Confirm to complete your deposit.

    Skip the trip to the credit union—use the free CTCU OnTheGo Mobile App to deposit checks, transfer funds, or pay loans from another bank.

    1. Tap the (+) icon, then select Transfer Money > Withdraw Money.
    2. Select Manage External Accounts > Add External Accounts.
    3. Choose Deposits and Withdrawals, then enter the other external bank’s routing number, account number, and a nickname.
    4. Tap Save External Account.

    CTCU will send two small test deposits to the external account. Return to the app, follow steps 1–2 to verify the deposits, and save.

    You can now transfer to and from your external account.

    Want to send money to someone new? Follow these steps to transfer funds quickly and securely through the app.

    1. Tap the More icon (four circles) at the bottom of your screen, then select Transfer Money > Contacts.
    2. Choose the account to send from and select a contact.
    3. If the contact isn’t listed, tap Manage Contacts > Send Invite, then enter their name and email or mobile number. They’ll receive a secure request to provide their routing and account number.
    4. Tap Confirm to complete the transfer.

    Once a contact is added, you can send money anytime.

    In today’s digital world, setting up account alerts is a smart way to protect your finances and monitor transactions in real time.

    To set up alerts:

    1. Tap the More icon (four circles).
    2. Select Alerts, then tap Add a new alert.
    3. Choose whether to add the alert to your account or debit/credit card.
    4. Pick the alert type (e.g., deposits, withdrawals, low balance).
    5. Select how you'd like to be notified.
    6. Tap Save Alert.

    You can view current and past statements anytime through the mobile app or online banking.

    1. Just log in, tap More (four dots), then select E-Documents.
    2. Choose your account, then tap any month to view that statement.

    Paying your bills just got a whole lot easier.

    Follow these simple steps to add a payee and schedule your payment.

    1. Tap the (+) icon, then select Pay Bill > Add Payee.
    2. Type the payee’s name and tap Continue to enter account details.
    3. Review and confirm the info, then choose a payment date and amount.
    4. Tap Pay to complete your transaction.

    Set up automatic payments on your terms—choose the dates that work for you and never miss a payment again.
